I think many do not pursue their dreams because it is stepping out of the comfort of  the boat. Only when we step out of the boat we will know that we can walk on water. We definitely need someone to root for us and encourage us to be what we really want to be

Have been quiet for a while

I was in India for 5 weeks beginning in december. I spoke on several occasions and yes I talked on leadership. I am getting ready to go to Africa next month to speak at leadership conferences in several cities in Kenya and possibly Uganda and Tanzania.
