Cyril Rayan is currently President & CEO of Resiligence Inc. and has sixteen years experience in the semiconductor/software industry.
He has more than 10 years experience in International marketing and sales. In his last position he was a worldwide product manager at ZiLOG, Inc. He is an Associate Professor at Bethany University where he teaches Marketing, Leadership and Management courses. He is an adjunct professor at William Jessup University, where he teaches leadership courses. He is a Co-founder of the Potter’s Ministries and the Christian open development network, which is an open source movement in the Christian community for software projects. He has a passion to study leadership and is a speaker doing leadership seminars and conferences. He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
